Delivery days vary by ZIP. During signup you’ll choose a preferred day (Mon–Sat) based on availability in your area.
Yes. Insulated liners and cold packs keep ingredients at safe temperatures until the evening of delivery day.
From your account, edit “Delivery Details” to change address, delivery day, or instructions. Changes apply to upcoming orders before cutoff.
If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or credit depending on the situation.
Absolutely. You can swap recipes every week up to your cutoff time. Your plan size stays the same; your meals are up to you.
